The purpose of the Leszálló iOS and WatchOS and Android software (hereafter: “application”) is to make the User’s travel in Budapest or its metropolitan zone, faster and more comfortable. The User can select his destination before the trip, where he will disembark from the given means of transport, and the application will display accordingly the number of the vehicle’s carriage and door, where it is the most convenient for the User to board, so the User will be as close as possible to the exit, escalator or elevator when getting off at the destination. This saves the User time, as the User will be optimally among the first to access the elevator, transfer, stairs or escalators.
The software is dissociated from any kind of crime, illegal use, illegality.
The application is not considered essential for any type of transportation, public transportation, passenger transportation, destination, or any other use. Thus, the Developer (Mark Bartos, [email protected]) is not liable for any personal injury, accident, property damage, or other consequences / events that adversely affect the User in any way. The User may use the application at his own risk, paying special attention to his immediate environment and other applicable rules and laws.
The software is not connected to the Budapest Közlekedési Központ (BKK) or to Budapesti Közlekedési Vállalat (BKV) in any way.
The Developer is not responsible for the obsolescence of the shown data over time or the correctness of information. The User acknowledges this by downloading and using the application and acts accordingly. Errors can occur during the development process. Errors and bugs can be reported by the User by e-mailing [email protected], and the Developer will act with this data in accordance with the “Protection of Your Personal Data” section. The Developer will assess the error report and whether it complies with the Leszálló Development Guidelines, and then decide the correction of the error based on these.
The fix will be corrected by the Developer after the acceptance of the report. The new version of the application containing the bug fix may be rejected by AppStore Connect’s or Google Play Console’s Review Team, in which case the User will not receive the bug fix update.
Any further upgrades to these information – which are due to the renovation, changes in route, the possible opening of a new line or other bug fixes – must only be considered as a gift and cannot be expected from the Developer.
This right of make a mistake, obsolescence, bug reporting and the correction process also apply to extra contents provided by in-app purchases.
By registering in the application, the User accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
By registering in the application, the User agrees that their email address, user ID, and full name will be stored by the Developer and used for marketing purposes. Additionally, the Developer will store information about in-app purchases made by the User. This database is provided by Google Firebase, whose privacy policy can be found here.
By registering, the User agrees to subscribe to the Leszálló Newsletter, from which they can unsubscribe later using the link provided at the bottom of the emails.

The newsletter and its database, which contains the User’s name, email address, and purchase history within the Leszálló app, are stored on Mailchimp servers, whose privacy policy can be found here.
